Ambassadors show the way
July 20, 2007
"Even with construction, it's pretty easy to find your way around St. Mary's," says Diane Dittrick, Ambassador coordinator, "because we have new maps, an information kiosk in the parking lot, a shuttle, and lots and lots of people willing to help."
Information kiosk Not sure which entrance to use? Stop at the outdoor information kiosk just west of the hospital.
Entrance 4 is our new front door Entrance 4 is the patient entrance for all services, including emergencies, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Maps Campus maps are available on our website at www.stmarygj.org. Simply search for "maps" or click here.
Parking Parking lots, D, E, and F are reserved for patients coming for hospital services and for those with mobility problems. When visiting a loved one, use the parking garage and follow the pedestrian walkway to Entrance 1. After 8:00 p.m. and on weekends, visitors are welcome in Lots D, E, and F. Hitch a ride on our golf cart shuttle that continually circles the hospital campus.
Ambassadors Look for the volunteers and management staff dressed in purple vests. They are there to help you to your destination. Or ask any employee you see in the hall for directions. We're happy to lend a hand.
Become a volunteer "Volunteers are the heart and soul of the hospital," says Dittrick. "Call 244-2012 to learn about joining this great group of folks!"
