Birth Refresher/Sibling Preparation Class

**Must call 298-2229 to register for this class This NEW class is being offered in two consecutive Tuesday nights The first night is Birth Refresher which is for women and their partners who have previously given birth. We will review the labor & birth process, the timing of contractions, along with breathing and relaxation techniques. The second night is Sibling preparation. This class if for parents/parent and Children ages 4-8 years old who will spend time learning about being a “New Sibling.” Parents and children will watch a video, tour the new facility and children receive a t-shirt and sibling scrapbook. Fee icludes parents and 1 child $5.00 each additional child. FEE IS NON REFUNDABLE IF REGISTRATION IS NOT CANCELLED PRIOR TO DATE OF CLASS.
