Hospital week recognizes professionalism and dedication
May 07, 2012
“Each year during National Hospital Week we reflect on how privileged we are that our friends and neighbors entrust their loved ones to our care,” says Mike McBride, president and CEO. “Being part of an organization that touches so many people’s lives is an honor and responsibility we take seriously.”
Hospital Week is also a time to give a special thanks to our dedicated staff and physicians. “It requires an amazing number of people and professions to take care of our patients,” McBride says. “Whether their skills are in caring for newborns, registering patients, or maintaining our buildings, they combine their talents to form an incredible team. Their confidence in each other and dedication to our patients is inspiring.”
St. Mary’s is full of experienced, well-trained professionals who never stop learning and improving their skills. It is only through their dedication that the hospital fulfills its mission to improve the health of individuals and communities. “We say ‘thank you’ to every member of the St. Mary’s team,” says McBride “Please know you are appreciated by your leadership, patients, and the community.
