Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Try as we might, it’s impossible to keep our work and personal lives completely separate. On-the-job stress spills into our home life. Personal or family problems make it difficult to concentrate at work. We just want things to get back to “normal” so we can enjoy all parts of life.

How EAP can help
EAP counselors provide short-term problem solving including counseling, reference materials, and, if needed, a referral to other sources of help or information. We provide assistance with a wide range of situations, including:

   • Work-related stress or conflict
   • Difficulties adjusting to changes in family or
     work situations
   • Family and personal relationship difficulties
   • Financial or legal matters
   • Alcohol and drug problems
   • Grief and loss
   • Parenting
   • Anger management
   • Decision making skills
   • Women’s issues
   • Men’s issues
